Moving an account to trash label

  • Once you have identified that a duplicate account has no valid documents and can be removed, you can move it into the Trash white label. 
    • First you will need to take note of the Estate plan ID of the account you want to remove
  • Then you will navigate to the Sys Admin portal, click on Estate Plan Management on the right.
  • Search the estate plan ID you wish to remove:

  • Then click on the name of the account, and select from the dropdown under move estate plan to new white label, Trash:

  • Then click the green Move or Assign button, and confirm that this is the white label you want to move the estate plan to. 
  • That plan will no longer appear in any white labels and will not be accessible by the client.
